Our London kitchens are led by General Manager Neil Hayes, whose background in commercial and private aviation spans over a decade. Neil began his career in aviation in ground handling, then served in operational positions in customer service, aircraft dispatch, weight & balance and finally as Operations Supervisor, in which he supervised a team of over 30 staff and 200 flights per day.
After these accomplishments, Neil moved to private aviation and headed up a customer service and operations team at Harrods Aviation’s FBO in Stansted. He held this position for over four years and during that time, dealt with various VVIPs and Heads of State. In 2016, he was part of the operational team that handled Air Force One’s arrival, for President Barack Obama’s final visit to the United Kingdom, earning a certificate of appreciation from the White House Communications Agency. It is with this level of bespoke service that Neil leads our London team.
